We were all ready, course set and the boats were there...And as forecast the breeze swung to the SE and dropped under the 6 knot threshold with 30 minutes to go..But we had swimming and Snorkeling off the Bouncy castle, The Wally Temp replacement..

until the foul it was very close as you can see. 30-35 its right down our Starboard side.
Very close race with Artemis coming down to a port Starboard foul at the top mark..However as you can see it was not all plain sailing on TNZ. Windward Rudder out the water as they went past us.

We all know who Adrien is supporting and while they had a loss yesterday they still are equal on points to Artemis, and Team Japan, Luckily for Sir Ben he had some bonus points or he would be equal also

Team Japan and New Zealand rounding the 1st mark. TNZ went on to win. Even though behind due to nice wind shift on the 1st leg..

More photos of Day 2
Another day of upsets and near misses. However No collisions. We leave the dock at 1000-1100 and head over to the course. We fight for a spot on the course edge and wait until the races start. Lunch on the fly watching the racing with excellent on board insight from Paul Cayard.. He has a blog at Cayard Sailing which gives great detail on the races. However todays upset was Team France winning the Start and holding off Artemis and all the challenges they threw at them. well done Les Blues..
Who is Hugo Supporting? Answers ao a Postcard Please. To Rosehearty..
